General Policies

  • Please do not allow children to play or climb on or around our displays. We cannot be held responsible for injuries or damage to people or property due to children or adults playing on or near our displays. Remember our displays are for decoration only and are not toys.

  • Please do not mow or weed eat around the display. If you need to mow or weed eat, please call us and we will come remove the display. While our signs are designed for outdoor use, they can be damaged, so please take care.

  • Please do not attach balloons to the display. The sun can melt the balloons and permanently damage our signs.

  • Please do not move or take down the display. If you need the display moved or would like it taken down before the scheduled time, please contact us and we will move/remove the display as soon as possible.

  • We highly recommend cutting the grass and watering prior to setup to increase the chances that we will be able to successfully install the display.

  • Rental period is for a 24-hour timeframe, from setup to removal, unless otherwise communicated.

  • We reserve the right to politely decline orders that we determine to be political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.

  • We reserve the right to place a marketing sign along the road with the website and phone number for Lettered Lawn. Should you prefer there be no marketing sign placed, please include those details in your inquiry/communications with our team.

Refund Policy

You will receive a refund under the following conditions:

  • Rental is canceled at least 48 hours prior to delivery time.

  • Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up the display.

You may or may not receive a refund under the following conditions:

  • The homeowner will not allow set up of display.

  • We cannot set up the display due to a gated community.

  • We are given the wrong address. We will first attempt to contact you for the correct address.

  • A dog or other animal or person prevents us from entering the yard.

  • There is no grassy area available in the front of the property to set-up display.

  • Any other reason beyond our control that prevents us from setting up the display.

Missing Item Fees

If any items are missing or damaged, the following fees apply:

Missing Flair / Accessories - $25.00 each

Missing Letter - $25.00 each

Missing Large Sign $150.00 each

These charges will be invoiced or charged via Paypal, Venmo or Square.
